â–² Why does onemustardseed sell clothes and not just handmade papergoods?

: It has always been adele's dream to run a little shop selling things from everywhere and anywhere that she finds pretty and special, along with her handmade paper goods and craftings, and perhaps a mini cafe to sell yummy treats that would warm bellies, and a little corner for kiddies and mommies to have their own art-and-craft/music session. Whilst the latter part of that dream has yet to be fulfilled, onemustardseed has decided to venture into selling clothing because we have a passion for it.

 

â–² Where are the products from?

: Most of our onemustardseed labelled products are handmade/designed in our crafty little home-studio. Other products curated that are not under our home brand are sourced from around the world. Some by independent designers & craft-makers, who share the same passion as we do. We handpick the items we sell, and as we're starting very small, each item is of limited stock. All products are brand new, unless stated to be vintage.

 

â–² How are shipping fees calculated?

: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of items, as well as the destination of mail. We ship by regular airmail from Australia, hence it takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the parcel to be delivered.

* For customers that prefer registered post, or pack & track services, please contact us for more details before placing your order.

* For countries within the European and U.S. region, there is an option of Sea mail for heavier purchases that is of a lower cost. However, it takes approximately 2-3 months for a parcel to be delivered. If keen on using this shipping option, please contact us for more details before placing your order.

 

â–² How do I know whether my order has been shipped out?

: We will send an email notification of shipment upon posting your parcel.

 

â–² I don't think my item fits me, can I get it exchanged, or could I get a refund?

: Exchanges are only allowed if you have received

1) an item that you did not order, or

2) the item received had defects.  

If your situation qualifies you for an exchange of product, please contact us (within 5 days of receiving the item), including details of the wrong order sent/item defect.

Items returned in request of exchange must be in an

1) unworn,

2) unwashed,

3) brand new/same condition as when it was received.

If the item returned does not fulfil the criteria, we will not carry out an exchange of product. All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.

: Refunds are only done if the item received is in an undeniably poor condition, far from being useable. Please contact us if you find yourself in such situations.

: onemustardseed aims to give you a pleasant experience with us, and we would want you to be proud of the product you have purchased. If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the item received, please contact us, and we will try to work out a solution that works for both you, and us.
